Warehouse Assistant (Full Time) - Colorado Springs, CO

Colorado Springs, CO We're a leader in the plastics industry and known for being the "go-to" team for hard-to-find materials and top-notch customer service.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant who can support the Warehouse Manager and help keep operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. You'll be expected to learn all aspects of the warehouse, help direct daily activities, and step in to cover responsibilities when team members are out. The ideal candidate is someone the Warehouse Manager can trust to help keep operations moving when they're unavailable.

You'll be successful in this role if you're reliable, accountable, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. You take pride in your work, hold yourself to a high standard, and are willing to do whatever it takes to support the team and our customers.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Compensation:

$18.00 – $22.00/hour, depending on experience

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Pull, package, and load customer orders accurately
  • Assist with all day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Make local deliveries as needed (Class C license, no CDL required)
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Help receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
  • Use our barcoding system for inventory management and order tracking
  • Assist customers during will-call pickups
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
  • Step into different roles when coverage is needed
  • Lead by example and help direct daily warehouse activities when needed
  • Serve as a reliable backup to the Warehouse Manager
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and customer service

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Prior warehouse experience required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Previous experience leading, training, or directing others preferred
  • Clean driving record required
  • Ability to make local deliveries when needed
  • Comfortable with basic math and measurements
  • Saw experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential
  • Drug-free workplace
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to lift (up to 50#), move, and handle warehouse materials safely
