Studio Cleaner – SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio

Are you passionate about health and wellness, take pride in a clean environment, and want to be part of a fast-growing wellness brand? SweatHouz is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Cleaner to help us maintain a pristine, welcoming space for every guest experience.


ABOUT US

SWTHZ (https://swthz.com) is the fastest growing multi-unit brand in wellness, with 60+ open locations and over 400 licenses sold across the U.S. We’re redefining wellness through luxury contrast therapy, with studios offering private infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C showers.

We’re scaling rapidly and looking for team members who want to grow with us in a supportive, high-energy environment.


ABOUT YOU

You’re dependable, proactive, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized. You care about the guest experience and understand the importance of a hygienic, welcoming studio. You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house
  • Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly
  • Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses
  • Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day
  • Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs
  • Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
