CNC Lathe Machinist - A & B Shifts

Location: Brinkman Precision Inc./West Henrietta, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: A & B Shifts

Pay: $20.00 to $35.00/hr. based on experience

We are continuing to grow and in need of CNC Lathe Machinist!!!!

About Us: At Brinkman Precision, Inc., we specialize in high-precision machining for industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial manufacturing. With a reputation for quality and innovation, we are committed to delivering exceptional parts and service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications
  • Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality
  • Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
  • Work with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a precision machining environment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be reliable
