We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have woodworking or industrial sewing experience and are looking for long-term employment with a stable company, we encourage you to apply.

Woodworking / Manufacturing Positions

Qualifications:

·     Experience operating woodworking machinery preferred

·     Ability to accurately read a tape measure

·     Experience with cutting saws, routers, drills, sanders, or other woodworking equipment

·     Experience operating automated or CNC woodworking machinery is a plus

·     Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings

·     Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools

·     Able to perform general manufacturing and manual labor duties

·     Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

We welcome experienced woodworking professionals as well as mechanically inclined candidates with manufacturing or construction backgrounds who can quickly learn and contribute.

Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Qualifications:

·     Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing environment

·     Experience with one or more of the following:

o  Single-needle

o  Double-needle

o  Walking foot

o  Overlock (Serger)

o  Programmable sewing machines

·     Ability to read work orders, blueprints, patterns, and production specifications

·     Experience sewing heavy-duty materials such as:

o  Canvas

o  Nylon

o  Vinyl

o  Leather

o  Webbing

o  Other industrial fabrics

·     Maintain high-quality stitch consistency while meeting production goals

·     Knowledge of thread selection, needle selection, machine adjustments, and tension settings

·     Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications

·     Perform basic machine maintenance, including threading machines, changing needles, and routine cleaning

·     Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team

·     Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

·     Dependable with good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience (Military, Aerospace & Industrial Manufacturing)

Candidates with any of the following experience are highly desirable:

·     Manufacturing products to precise specifications and close tolerances

·     Quality inspection and documentation

·     Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 manufacturing environments

·     Military, aerospace, or government contract manufacturing experience

Experience manufacturing products such as:

·     Aircraft interiors

·     Military equipment and tactical gear

·     Safety equipment

·     Industrial covers

·     Harnesses

·     Bags

·     Heavy-duty sewn products

·     Custom industrial textile products
