We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for more team-mates to add to our close-knit team of Installers & Designers in Wilmington, MA.

As the newest Installer at Closet Factory Boston, you are extremely important. You interact directly with clients in their home or work space and are the final step in taking them from chaos to customized organization.You are the catalyst to making their dream come true.
After our Design Consultant designs the project and the in-house production department manufactures the unit; you, the Installer will carefully transport the unit to the client's home. You will then build a unit start to finish that provides the functional organization our clients need, but is also considered a custom work of art.
You will install complete projects from beginning to end with a great attitude always working to satisfy each client. We will provide a vehicle, tools and a full-time schedule. You must be available to work Saturdays when necessary.
Looking for all skill levels; entry level to experienced installers.
Qualifications
  • Experience with basic hand tools
  • Knowledge or experience working with 32 millimeter system is ideal but not required
  • Must present a professional image and be able to communicate with customers
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift 50 lbs
