Job description

Clinical Chiropractic Assistant

Help Patients. Love Your Team. Enjoy Coming to Work Again.

$19–23/hour DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday (4-Day Work Week)

We hire for character first and skills second. We can teach our systems—we can't teach integrity, kindness, and a genuine desire to help people.

Let's be honest...

There are plenty of healthcare jobs.

Finding a team that genuinely enjoys working together? That's much harder.

If you love taking care of patients but you're tired of office drama, low standards, negativity, or feeling like you're carrying the team, we'd love to meet you.

We've spent more than 20 years building a practice where people enjoy coming to work, support one another, and take pride in delivering exceptional care.

We're looking for one more person who shares those values.

This Position Is For You If...

  • You genuinely enjoy working directly with patients.
  • People naturally feel comfortable around you.
  • You bring positive energy without being asked.
  • You take ownership instead of making excuses.
  • You care about doing things the right way.
  • You want to be part of a team that challenges and supports you to become even better.

This Is NOT a Front Desk Position

This is a hands-on clinical role.

You'll work directly with patients by:

  • Conducting patient re-examinations
  • Delivering Shockwave Therapy
  • Educating and encouraging patients
  • Documenting patient progress
  • Helping patients achieve life-changing results

We'd Love to Meet Someone With

  • 3+ years of hands-on patient care experience
  • Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, Rehab Technician, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Exercise Specialist, or similar clinical role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, dependable, coachable attitude
  • A desire to build a long-term career—not just find another job

What We Offer

  • Four-day work week
  • Competitive pay ($19–23/hour DOE)
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Wellness Reimbursement
  • Continuing Education
  • Performance Bonus Opportunities

Sound Like a Good Fit?

Before You Apply

We believe finding the right fit goes both ways.

Before submitting your application, please take a few minutes to explore our website at www.lifealignedwellness.com. We'd love for you to get a feel for who we are, how we care for our patients, and what it's like to be part of our team.

If you decide we're a place you'd be excited to work, please submit:

  • Your resume
  • A brief cover letter

In your cover letter, simply tell us:

  • Why you think you'd be a great fit for our team.
  • Two things you liked most about our website.

That's it—we're not looking for a long essay. We simply want to know you've taken a few minutes to get to know us before applying.

Applications submitted without a cover letter that answers these questions will not be considered.
