This full-time position offers a remote work setting, enabling you to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes while still fostering a strong therapeutic alliance. Our remote infrastructure utilizes secure telehealth platforms that ensure confidentiality and facilitate effective communication with clients and families. Regular team meetings and professional development workshops occur to maintain a cohesive and synergistic team approach.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, incorporating developmental considerations and family dynamics to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of young clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in various formats including individual and family therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
• Foster a nurturing environment by delivering family therapy to enlighten and empower parents and caregivers in supporting their children's mental health.
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care that aligns with best practices.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention when needed, ensuring the safety of our young clients during mental health emergencies.
• Educate families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources available for additional support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively participate in team meetings and continued professional education to stay abreast of the latest research and clinical best practices.

This role focuses on providing care exclusively to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will work closely with various age groups, understanding the complexities of their developmental stages, which is essential for crafting effective strategies to address their unique needs.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders among children and adolescents.
• Strong skills in creating rapport with young clients and their families, providing a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing EHR systems for documentation and client management.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in providing individual and family therapy focused on the unique developmental needs of young clients.
• Familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment approaches, interventions, and assessment tools specific to child and adolescent mental health.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
