Job description

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Analyst to monitor medical records, trace documentation trends, and assist healthcare providers in resolving chart deficiencies. This position requires expertise in managing EHR systems like Cerner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage medical records in EHR systems.
  • Trace documentation trends and assist in resolving chart deficiencies.
  • Handle billing records and activity documentation.

Qualifications
  • Must own their own equipment: Laptop & monitor (non Mac/Chromebook).
  • Familiarity with Patient Accounting/Billing documentation.
  • Experience with EPIC and Onbase systems.
  • Must type a minimum of 30wpm.

Skills
  • Technical skills in EPIC and Onbase systems.
  • Ability to handle and process billing records.
