Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Inspire the journey of flight globally in general aviation's most iconic aircraft by sharing experiences and expert product knowledge. Work as a crew to design and create the best aviation experiences for our customers and community by conducting demonstration flights, attending trade shows, providing company transportation and customer support. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

         Operate company and customer aircraft globally in compliance with FAA and ICAO regulations, and all local operating procedures. Maintain a thorough knowledge of appropriate aircraft models, systems, avionics, equipment, options, product changes and updates.

         Attends training as required.  Training will include:  Initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures training, crew coordination training, international procedures training, and other training as deemed necessary by management.

         Performs office tasks such as expense report and flight log preparation, international planning, aircraft flight manual and approach plate updates, and other tasks normally associated with day-to-day flight operations.

         Conduct flights in furtherance of sales demonstration and marketing support. Adhere to and support Flight Operations policies, procedures, guidelines and responsibilities.

         Communicate with and ensure department personnel are aware of noteworthy issues.

         Always maintains safety as the prime consideration for all operations.

         Embody Textron Aviation's values to complete our collective mission and achieve our vision.

         Assist in promoting all Textron Aviation products.

         Demonstrate a solution-driven mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

         Bachelor's degree required in Aviation Science or related field preferred. Or in lieu of degree a minimum of 5 years relative industry experience required.

         International operating experience preferred

         Experience in Textron Aviation aircraft models preferred

         Minimum 2000 flight hours required

         Minimum 500 hours of turbine required

         Minimum 250 turbine PIC preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:  

         US Passport or ability to successfully obtain is required

         Ability to travel globally unrestricted is required

         FAA Multi-Engine Instructor Rating (MEI) preferred

         FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings required, ATP preferred

         FAA Second Class medical or better, with ability to obtain an FAA First Class medical required

         FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) required

         FAA Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII) preferred.

         Familiarity with digital/glass flight decks preferred

         Must have a valid driver's license
