Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance of floors and carpets in all public areas. 

 Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 
  • Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells.
  • Clean all areas outside of building as specified.
  • Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions.
  • Polish marble, stone, and linoleum.
  • Clean carpets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. 
    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort. 
    • Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred.
