The Position: Construction Production Crew

The work is hard but fulfilling. You will be part of a good team dedicated to improving homes and workplaces within our community.  You should have a good work-ethic, a strong character, and a winning can-do attitude.  If you want a career and not just a job, if you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, and if you want to help the environment, other people, and to Build a Better World, you want to be on our Construction Production Crew!


Requirements:

·         Reliable transportation and a valid, current Driver’s License – Chauffer’s License preferred.

·         Passing a Background Check and Drug Screen.

·         The ability to work in small, tight places with a respirator.

·         The ability to work in varying hot or cold environments.

·         The ability to lift at least 50 lbs. for sustained periods of time.

·         No Experience Necessary – We Will Train!


Impact:

·         You will be safety compliant with all company, state, and federal guidelines.

·         You will complete pre-trip inspections of equipment and/or vehicles, including paperwork and loaded product, to ensure the accuracy of the order.

·         You will be extracting insulation and air sealing attics.

·         You will be disassembling and reassembling siding and walls.

·         You will be dense packing walls with cellulose and working with open blow cellulose.

·         You will be working on tall ladders and roofs and getting into small, tight spaces.
