Position Title:
Operations Technician
Pay Rate:
$24.88/hr. to $50.13/hr. ($.47 to $2.01/hr. shift allowance)
Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Responsible for running mill production equipment
- Monitoring the process to produce a high quality product
- Following detailed written and verbal procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Team oriented environment rewarding flexibility and reliability
- You will start in an entry-level position and perform general physical activities.
- On the job training may involve physical, technical, and mechanical ability in order to perform the following duties:
- Climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- Monitoring, adjusting, and controlling operating equipment
- Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Must be currently 18 years of age or older at the start of employment
- High School Diploma or GED at the start of employment
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a heavy industrial environment
- Ability to work shift work, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to comprehend and follow complex directions in oral, written or electronic formats
- Ability to safely operate mobile equipment
- Ability to success in a team-based, high performance work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders and in confined spaces
- Ability to pass drug screens & background checks
- Ability to productively use MS office, including email, word and excel
- Prior successful work experience in a manufacturing and/or military environment
- Ability to work well with teams
- Desire for career advancement
- Ability to learn accurately through self-study
