Specific Accountabilities:

Process store payroll weekly

Write weekly schedule for accounting associates

Responsible for office supplies being ordered

Ensure accurate count and balance of total office media

Ensure deposits are made and recorded

Track and maintain lane accountability

Inventory, order, and balance lottery tickets, stamps and change

Execute and maintain all aspects of the cash office (register audits, pickups, accurate bank deposits, store change, WIC, coupons)

Adhere to all cash office and back door security procedures

Receive and verify product deliveries and returns

Follow returned item debt procedures

Accurate entry of product received or credited on the RF Scanner or Telxon system

Accurate reconciliation of vendor invoices

Assist guests with questions, SCRIP purchases, store charges and special orders

Verify and maintain accurate information in WFM

Administer associate attendance policy

Generate reports

Achieve department objectives

Interview and hire accounting/receiving associates

Train and develop accounting/ receiving associates

Assess department talent and complete performance evaluation for accounting/receiving associates

Provide solid leadership and guidance to direct reports.

Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.

Execute with operational integrity by anticipating problems, taking preventative measures, and adapting to changes that improve our operations or guest experience.

Consistently follow Busch’s policies and procedures.

Share our passion for our products by being familiar with our products and services and actively seeking and sharing that information.

Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills:

High school diploma.

2 years office experience.

Certification for Hi Lo/Powered Pallet Jack desired.

Proficient management and leadership skills.

Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.

Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.

Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
