Job description

About the Role:

This is a physical hands on role. The Snow Field Manager is responsible for set up and daily operations related to snow management and safety in designated outdoor environments for SBC. Reporting straight to the Director of Snow at SBC. This role will be working in the yard to pack up and prepare snow equipment. Then delivering it out to jobs for the season. Will also be in charge of snow staking properties and diligently work through reporting current damages. Requires 40 hours a week from August 15th to May 15th for snow and will be be a full time position for 2027. Will also need to be onsite for any and all snow events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in snow management, field operations, or a similar outdoor management role.
  • Proven ability to operate and oversee snow removal equipment and related machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to winter field operations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to operate machinary and a truck with trailer
