What Will You Do?

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse functions related to pulling inventory and preparing it for shipment, loading and unloading trucks and containers, putting received inventory away, securing orders on pallets, moving pallets, and forklift operation.


To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf + Hector Turf, you will be responsible for:

  • Operate a forklift to move pallets and boxes
  • Unload inventory from trucks
  • Pull and stage inventory for customer pick up, delivery by truck, or other means
  • Assist with the inventory receiving process and inventory cycle counts as needed
  • Verify pick tickets with outgoing inventory
  • Support back up for UPS Shipping Station
  • Assist in preparing orders for shipping by truck or other means

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous related experience a strong plus
  • Possess current forklift certification
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Ability to routinely lift, carry, push or pull heavy items
  • Ability to operate a forklift to move pallets
