Carahsoft Technology Corp. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will work closely with the Recruitment team to acquire new talent for one of the most successful, fastest growing technology solution providers in the nation. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Proactively source new talent using resume database search engines
  • Review and analyze resumes and contact potential candidates
  • Evaluate and qualify applicants
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews
  • Participate in on-campus recruitment

Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-driven
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of conducted business
  • Detail-oriented
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits
