Production Specialist - Groundworks Industries Full-Time, On Site (Monday through Friday)Groundworks Industries is home to a collection of brands that seek to provide knowledgeable, and artful experiences that set new standards for the purchase and experience of cannabis. We are looking for folks who are passionate about cannabis manufacturing and want to help us move the dial forward on building an inclusive and professional cannabis culture.Currently we are recruiting for a Production Specialist to work in our commercial cannabis confectionary kitchen.The Production Specialist ensures that all product is manufactured in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensures that all products meet the company's quality standards while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while in timely communication with production team members.A day in the life for this position may include responsibilities like:Making cannabis edible confections and topical products.The production specialist will manage candy cooks, deposit product into molds, pop product out of molds, temper chocolate, mix and bake cookies as well as other products.They will support packaging and inventory management efforts with task ranging from stickering to boxing and countingPartnering with a team of cannabis confection professionals to compete the production plan by following scheduling and assignments, accomplishing work tasks, and following established prioritiesFollowing all written work instruction including but not limited to product recipes and formulas, Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and other instructions as neededAssisting in maintaining the inventory of raw ingredients, work in process, and finished productCleaning the production space at the end of each dayCompensation and BenefitsIn addition to your base wage, we also offer a great benefits package to round out employee total compensation!
