Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for Franklin Primary Health Center in Foley, Alabama.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary starting at $200,000 based on experience.
  • Average annual earnings of $240,000-$250,000 through RVU productivity incentives.
  • Sign-on bonus available.
  • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
  • Practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities.
  • Coordinate patient care with specialists and an established interdisciplinary team.
  • Utilize protected administrative time for documentation and care coordination.
