Our team supports global aerial firefighting operations with a fleet that includes Boeing 737 FIRELINERS™, C130 Hercules aircraft, Sikorsky helicopters, and other specialized aviation assets operating across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Chile.


We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles while supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives across the business. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, an advocate for candidate experience, and a key contributor to our global growth. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Thermal, CA. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not currently reside in the area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Post roles and manage pipelines across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
  • Share insights, feedback, and hiring data to improve recruitment strategy.
  • Support offer development, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
  • Strong interview, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and ATS/HRIS tools.
  • Experience recruiting in Canada and/or Australia is an asset.
  • Experience with ADP is also an asset.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with aviation experience.
