Job Summary:
Cotton Holdings Inc. is a global, diversified holding company, and they are seeking two highly motivated summer interns for their AI Solutions Fellowship. This hands-on role focuses on experimenting with AI tools, building prototypes, and translating ideas into practical solutions across various business functions.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and explore AI use cases across different business functions
• Build prototypes using tools such as:
• ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini etc.
• No-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Python (optional but preferred)
• Assist in developing AI agents / workflows (e.g., document processing, automation, analytics)
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools and summarize applicability
• Work with stakeholders to understand problems and propose solutions
• Document workflows, learnings, and results clearly
• Present weekly demos of progress and outcomes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools independently
• Ability to break down problems and think logically
• Good communication skills (written + verbal)
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated interest in AI, coding, or STEM (e.g., robotics, CS classes)
• Built or experimented with any project (even small ones)
• Strong initiative (self-starter mindset is key)
• Pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, MBA, or related field
• Must be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the internship program onsite (9 weeks - Houston, Texas)
Preferred:
• Experience with Python
• Experience with APIs
• Experience with Automation tools
• Prior project or internship experience
