Full-Time | In-Office | Annual Salary, Paid Semi-Monthly

Bonding Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mesa.

This is a front-office position with a mix of receptionist and administrative responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and business partners while also helping keep the office organized and supporting our team with day-to-day administrative needs.

What You'll Do
  • Answer and route incoming calls and assist callers with basic questions.

  • Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and business partners.

  • Handle data entry, scanning, filing, spreadsheets, mailings, and payment processing.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/USPS shipments, deliveries, and occasional errands.

  • Keep office supplies, common areas, and general office needs organized.

  • Assist the team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficient with computers and general office technology.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to learn new software and industry-specific management systems.

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
