Job Summary:
Watershed Security is a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Government Contracting. They are looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA, requiring expertise in help desk support and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities:
• Support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA.
• Provide help desk support using tools such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Maintain communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School or GED
• Must have one of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
• Six years of professional industry experience
• Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible
• Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Experience with help desk tools such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
