Job Title: OSINT Collector Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Reston, Virginia. Responsibilities: Conducts open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity Identifies trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics Identifies publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS Consolidate findings into written reports Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts Qualifications: Required: Current TS/SCI Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one Any OSINT Certification Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools Desired: Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years. Bachelor's degree in biology, epidemiology, public health or another medical related field.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
