Account Representative Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Account Representative to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits consider accrued vacation, sponsored healthcare & welfare benefits as well 401(k) retirement benefits.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

Our positions are in full compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, and we use E-Verify to obtain authorization for work eligibility.
Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours.
Essential Duties, include but not limited to:
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
  • Collect personal transaction information and maintain accuracy as well as safety of data in accordance with Company's consumer privacy policy.
  • Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
  • Collect personal transaction information and maintain data accuracy and security in accordance with the company's consumer privacy policy.
  • Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
  • Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
