Position Summary

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children facing challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Deliver direct services, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversee assigned client cases, and consult on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
  • Support the professional development of your clinical team, providing oversight, feedback, and mentorship to foster the growth of Program Managers and Interventionists.
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week, 110 hours per month).
  • Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (120 hours per month).
  • Provide clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients and settings.
  • Conduct developmental assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations.
  • Document and supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based interventions.
  • Offer constructive feedback and performance assessments to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
  • Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
  • Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions, presenting proposed goals and interventions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with school staff by observing students, providing written programming recommendations, and offering ongoing support as authorized.
