Responsible for assisting in the administration and development of the women's intercollegiate basketball program.
Duties:
  • Assist Head Coach with recruiting
  • Assist Head Coach with scouting and film
  • Assist Head Coach with organization and execution of summer camps
  • Assist Head Coach with scheduling and organizing team related activities
  • Assist Head Coach with player development program
  • Handle all basketball operations: including but not limited to travel arrangements, food, and hotels
  • Monitor academic progress of student-athletes
  • Maintain current knowledge and abides by policies, procedures, and rules of NCAA/HCAC
  • Demonstrates integrity and upholds the values and mission of the University
  • Maintains relationships with media and public to enhance the promotion of the University
  • Supports entire athletic program
  • Other duties appropriate to skills and training as assigned by supervisors
  • Contributes to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the division; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed
  • Other duties as assigned by Head Coach and Director of Athletics
