Full Time Backyard Breaks refers to individuals or businesses that specialize in organizing and hosting live sports card breaking events, often as a primary occupation. These 'breakers' open sealed boxes or packs of sports cards live online, and participants purchase spots for a chance to receive cards from the break. The process is streamed on platforms like YouTube or Twitch, creating an interactive and community-driven experience. Full time breakers often manage inventory, customer service, and shipping, making it a comprehensive business within the sports card hobby. About Our Family

We're a blended household with energy, love, and a lot going on in the best way possible. Our three youngest children are home full-time, along with our laid-back 8-year-old lab, Ty, who's equal parts couch companion and backyard explorer. We also have two older children who are part of our extended family orbit, one of whom works alongside us in the family business.

We own our own business and work full time, which means our weekdays are full and mentally demanding. When we're home, we want to be fully present with our kids, not worrying about whether snacks are prepped or if the laundry made it back into the right rooms. We've built systems that work for us, and we're looking for someone who can step into those rhythms, maintain them with care, and take ownership of the day-to-day so we can focus on what matters most.

We're organized people who value high standards when it comes to cleanliness and order. We're also warm, grounded, and deeply appreciate someone who treats our home the way they'd treat their own. We're not looking for perfection, but we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the work, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and wants to be part of a household for the long haul.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're the person who walks into a room and just knows what needs to be done. You don't wait to be asked. You see the laundry piling up, the pantry running low, or the mail stack growing, and you handle it. You have a project manager's brain and an organizer's heart. You love systems, you respect routines, and you take real satisfaction in making a home feel calm, functional, and cared for.

You're dependable in the truest sense of the word. You show up on time, follow through on what you say you'll do, and can be trusted to handle things correctly without needing someone to double-check behind you. You communicate proactively and clearly, and when something needs immediate attention, you pick up the phone and call instead of waiting on a text response that may not come for hours.

You're also someone who connects easily with children. You build rapport naturally, you're present and engaged when they're around, but you also understand professional boundaries and know when to step back. You're looking for more than a job. You want a role where you can settle in, contribute meaningfully, and grow alongside a family that values consistency and mutual respect. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
