Your New Role
  • Install, repair, maintain, and service residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems

  • Diagnose plumbing and equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of system failures

  • Test components, disassemble equipment, replace parts, and complete high-quality repairs

  • Perform specialized plumbing projects including gas line repairs, sewer repairs, water line replacements, and tankless water heater installations

  • Conduct drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and backflow testing

  • Ensure all plumbing work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding findings, repair recommendations, and completed work

  • Coordinate with office personnel to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship

  • Serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout Pittsburgh, PA

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber License required

  • Master Plumber License preferred, based on local licensing requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience

  • Experience servicing residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems

  • Proficiency in drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and backflow testing

  • Technical training in plumbing or completion of Allegheny County Plumbing School preferred

  • DOT Gas Certification preferred

  • Backflow Certification preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and installation skills

  • Experience with water heaters, tankless water heaters, gas lines, sewer lines, and water line systems

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
