Location: Shirlington Animal Hospital
Schedule: Full-time with Saturday rotation
Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Shirlington Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for providing excellent client service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and compassionate approach

  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

  • Schedule appointments and assist with daily clinic flow

  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information

  • Process payments and handle basic administrative duties

  • Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clients

  • Support clinic operations as needed

Qualifications:
