Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Autumn Lake at Summit Park
Catonsville, MD
$37–$41/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working closely with residents and helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function in a skilled nursing environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility interventions
  • Support treatment plans designed to promote safe and effective functional progress
  • Observe resident performance and communicate progress updates and concerns to the supervising PT
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
