Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Union – Union, NJ
$42.00–$47.00/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes restoring independence, improving functional ability, and enhancing overall quality of life for residents.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish goal-driven care plans
  • Provide skilled interventions addressing self-care, cognition, and daily function
  • Introduce adaptive strategies and recommend assistive devices to support independence
  • Reassess resident performance and modify treatment approaches accordingly
  • Partner with nursing, therapy staff, and families to coordinate care
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license required
  • Experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus
