The selling season is here and Mini of Rochester, a Bob Johnson Dealership, has an immediate opening for a hard-working, motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Consultant.  Selling MINI isn’t just about cars—it’s about sharing a culture of fun, individuality, and driving excitement that stands out in a sea of ordinary vehicles. MINI clients aren’t typical customers; they’re passionate fans who love the brand’s heritage, design, and community spirit. If you enjoy connecting with people, telling a great story, and representing something truly unique, this is your chance to turn that energy into a rewarding sales career.

Mini of Rochester is the only dealership where the pure fun of motoring meets the successful sales history of the Bob Johnson Auto Group.  With a newly remodeled sales facility, and the support of the industry leading Bob Johnson network, this is the most fun opportunity to start a career in sales. This is a full-time position with performance-based compensation. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Customer delivery paperwork.
  • Embrace company’s core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Drive, and Personal Improvement
  • Prospecting sales utilizing, company owner base, social media, and service customers
  • Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms
  • Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff
  • Work within a sales process
  • Be proficient with Vehicle options and technology
  • Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Other duties as requested by management
