Full-Time Auto Paint Line Technician

Our busy collision repair facility in Springfield, MO is seeking an experienced Auto Paint Prepper. We specialize in Collision Repair, Detailing, and Complete Auto Painting.

Competitive pay based on experience


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Prepping vehicles for paint process by sanding, masking, taping
  • Properly mask vehicles for refinishing
  • Wet sand and polish-buff
  • Assist Paint Technician in other areas as necessary

Qualifications: Prior experience in a collision/body shop preferred but not required as we will train

  • Must be self-motivated and a good communicator
  • A fast, consistent, and skilled worker
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
