NOW HIRING – PAINT MIXER $21/HR | West Charlotte (Near Billy Graham Parkway) ️

Bilingual Preferred Paramount Staffing is hiring immediately! Join a growing team in a stable, full-time position with great pay and consistent hours

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

✅ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

✅ 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

POSITION DETAILS

  • Paint mixing and production duties in a warehouse setting
  • Fast-paced environment with daily production goals
  • Collaborative, team-oriented workplace

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mix paints and chemicals according to specified formulas
  • Operate basic production and mixing equipment
  • Measure and handle materials accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS
