Auto Estimator / Appraiser – Join Our Raynham Collision Team!
Full-Time | $20–$30/hour + Bonuses | Training Provided for the Right Candidate

Are you a motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a high-energy individual to join our Raynham & Whitman collision teams as an Auto Estimator/Appraiser. Whether you’re a licensed MA Appraiser or someone who’s ready to learn—we’ll train the right person with the drive and determination to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who can thrive under pressure in a fast-moving shop
  • Ability to work with diverse clientele — including retail customers, insurance companies, dealership partners, and fleet accounts
  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking skills
  • Great communication and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:

  • Write accurate estimates using CCC One
  • Prepare detailed supplements and upload documentation
  • Communicate with appraisers, adjusters, parts personnel, and technicians to keep repairs moving
  • Manage multiple repair files and customer interactions efficiently
  • Ensure excellent service for all types of customers — retail, insurance, dealer, and fleet
Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA Auto Appraiser License (preferred but not requiredwe’re willing to train the right candidate)
  • Experience in auto estimating or customer service
  • Familiarity with CCC One software (a plus)
  • Bilingual (Portuguese a plus)
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
