Audiologist - Highland Park, IL (Private Practice)

$85,000-$100,000 Base + Uncapped Quarterly Bonus | Full-Time

A well-established private audiology practice in the Chicago area is hiring a full-time Audiologist for its Highland Park location. This role is ideal for an Audiologist who thrives in private practice, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is confident educating patients and recommending hearing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic hearing evaluations and testing

• Hearing aid evaluations and follow-up care

• Tinnitus evaluations

• Cerumen management

• Lyric insertion/removal

• Hearing aid maintenance and patient counseling

• Patient and family education

• Supporting hearing aid adoption through strong communication

Performance is measured primarily by hearing aid conversion rates.

Support Provided

• Audiologist Assistant

• Dedicated phone/scheduling team (PCC)

• Full administrative support

• Strong onboarding and training program

• Manufacturer system training and support

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology

• Illinois dispensing license (preferred active)

o Highly qualified candidates waiting on licensure will be considered

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a private practice environment

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and patient-focused

Preferred

• Au.D.

• Private practice experience

• Strong confidence in patient counseling and hearing aid conversion
