Position: Full-Time General Dentist (W2)

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: None
Patient Volume: 15–17 patients per day (including hygiene exams)
Compensation: $178,000–$231,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join a well-established, multi-site practice serving the Saginaw, Michigan community. Providers have the opportunity to choose from seven clinic locations, offering flexibility to find the practice environment that best fits their preferences.

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and new graduates seeking mentorship, schedule flexibility, and the chance to practice the full scope of general dentistry in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:

  • Comprehensive oral examinations and treatment planning
  • General restorative dentistry
  • Endodontic treatment (root canals)
  • Crown and bridge procedures
  • Complete and partial dentures
  • Preventive and patient education services
  • Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of dental conditions
  • Accurate documentation and maintenance of dental records
Practice Environment

You'll join a collaborative dental team focused on providing exceptional patient care while supporting continued professional growth.

Practice Includes:

  • Seven clinic locations throughout the Saginaw area
  • Opportunity to select your preferred clinic location
  • Two fully equipped operatories assigned per provider
  • Support from 1–2 Dental Hygienists
  • Dental students who rotate through the clinics, creating a collaborative learning environment
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support staff

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Michigan Dental License (or ability to obtain)
