Active Mobility PT is seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists specializing in Orthopedic care to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. Work Environment

Our Miami rehabilitation center provides a supportive and collaborative work setting, where Physical Therapists engage directly with patients to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, developing comprehensive treatment plans based on these assessments.
  • Implement customized therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to optimize recovery.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on effective injury management techniques and lifestyle modifications to facilitate long-term wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and adhere to all regulatory and quality standards.
  • Strive to exceed performance metrics, including utilization goals and patient satisfaction scores, contributing to the service excellence that defines Active Mobility PT.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Ortho Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population requiring orthopedic expertise, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Your compassionate approach will be crucial in building trust and ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited, APTA or CAPTE-approved institution.
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and educate patients.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technologies for documentation and scheduling.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Experience building community relationships and contributing to outpatient service growth.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, full-time employees are entitled to a robust benefits package that includes:
