  • In good standing, a license as a Registered Nurse / Occupational therapist issued by the state of Michigan.

  • Home health experience is preferred.

To promote effective care, we ensure that families and client are consulted in identifying the services they need. We also work closely with your primary Physician as we design your personalized care plan. Your loved one’s health conditions will define the type of services that will be provided. From there, a Registered Nurse acts as supervisor in carrying out the care plan.
