We are a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking a Marketing Manager to join our headquarters in City of Industry, CA.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department and works closely with the executive team and other departments to support company marketing initiatives. This hands-on role provides direction and support to marketing personnel, manages marketing campaigns and events, reviews marketing performance, and helps ensure marketing priorities and projects are completed effectively and on schedule.

 Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to establish marketing priorities and support company marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, and other channels, including timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in trade shows, road shows, dealer meetings, and other industry events, including booth coordination, marketing materials, demo units, shipping, vendors, deadlines, and other event-related requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, including Google Ads, SEO, GEO, email marketing, social media, and lead generation; review performance and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage the creation, review, and updating of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, and other communications; coordinate with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Coordinate marketing content and projects, including video production, working with internal marketing resources, vendors, and other partners as needed.
  • Manage website content and updates, including product information, press releases, company news, and other content, working with internal resources, technical writers, or outside partners as needed.
  • Research industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and market information to identify opportunities and support marketing decisions.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand presence across websites, marketing materials, communications, events, and other channels to ensure consistent messaging and presentation.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, publications, dealers, and other external partners to support marketing projects, communications, and events.
  • Provide day-to-day directions and support to marketing personnel by prioritizing assignments, monitoring progress, reviewing work, and following up on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing activities, campaign results, KPIs, and expenditures; maintain the marketing calendar and assist with managing the marketing budget and reporting results to management.
  • Comply at all times with Astrophysics’ security policy including protecting confidential information, reporting any actions that conflict with that policy and informing management of any unusual activity or behavior.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; B2B, industrial, technology, or security industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, GEO, email, and website content.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, content, and brand initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with Sales and managing trade shows, events, vendors, and related marketing projects.
  • Strong project management, writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
