Your future role at a glance

Location: Pflugerville,Texas

Facility: Stonehill Town Center

Department/Specialty: Revenue Cycle Management 

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Drive clinical workflow innovation by analyzing existing practice patterns and identifying strategic opportunities to leverage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for improved patient outcomes.

  • Lead physician and staff adoption through expert change management, guiding clinic sites from non-standard processes to streamlined, high-performance digital workflows.

  • Orchestrate targeted clinical training for new features, system upgrades, and new associates, ensuring every team member is equipped to utilize the full power of our healthcare technology.

  • Collaborate with physician leadership to bridge the gap between technical functionality and clinical reality, ensuring system optimizations align with the practical needs of a busy practice.

  • Cultivate a culture of digital excellence by building strong relationships with practice users, serving as a trusted advisor who resolves information gaps and enhances the overall provider experience.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License credentialed from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • EMR Optimization Mastery: Proven experience in clinical workflow mapping and the advanced implementation or optimization of large-scale EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Athena).

  • Change Management Expertise: A track record of successfully leading clinical teams through technical transitions, with the ability to influence physician adoption and behavior change.
