Ideal Markets is PUMPED to say we are growing! We are HIRING for a full-time Assistant Store Manager position in your area. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for day-to-day store operations including but not limited to scheduling, training, and supervising employees. Assistant Store managers are also responsible for store profitability, inventory, customer service, and safety. Position requires a person with strong communication skills and an ability to be flexible with work schedules.
Expectations:
  • You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the store operations
  • You will help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, recordkeeping and stocking
  • You will help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
  • You will provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • You will execute and oversee our respective food programs to ensure quality and efficiency for our customers

Requirements
