We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for an Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the asset needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.
Make a difference as a Asset Management Specialist
As an Asset Management Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and monitoring of units assigned for repossession and liquidation. This position involves collaborating with repossession vendors to locate collateral, transport assets, and ensure effective liquidation processes. You will actively monitor all activities related to repossessed units, processing orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession, and preparing necessary notices for liable parties.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating asset conditions, processing refunds for extended warranties and insurance claims, and coordinating transportation for auction sales. Additionally, you will engage with customers to negotiate settlements on charge-off accounts, providing them with tailored repayment solutions while maintaining detailed records of each communication. With a focus on adaptability and accountability, this role allows you to enhance your skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment dedicated to service and teamwork.
