What are some common challenges faced by full-time apprentices, and how can they be addressed?

Full-time apprentices often face the challenge of balancing hands-on work responsibilities with ongoing learning and training requirements. Time management and adapting to a fast-paced environment can be difficult, especially when transitioning from a purely academic setting.
