What is full time appraisal management?

Full time appraisal management refers to the process of overseeing and coordinating property appraisals as a dedicated, primary job. Professionals in this field work for appraisal management companies (AMCs) or lending institutions to ensure that real estate appraisals are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with industry regulations. Their responsibilities often include assigning orders to appraisers, reviewing appraisal reports, maintaining communication between appraisers and clients, and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
