 Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or equivalent (we can train you!)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
Full-time, year-round work. Overtime potential available!
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
