The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology is dedicated to managing and maintaining the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment. This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics to data center management. It supports various technologies, including VDI, API management, and infrastructure tools and processes to ensure business systems operate efficiently, reliably, and securely.
 

What you'll do

  • Provide expert guidance and leadership on complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Mentor and coach engineering team members to advance their skills and expertise.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT systems and infrastructure projects. 
  • Design and oversee the implementation of robust IT systems and infrastructure. 
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance business operations. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. 
  • Develop and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training  
  • 9+ years experience in support and delivery of mission critical platforms
  • Windows Server 2019 
  • Linux-based systems (Ubuntu 2022, 2024)
  • Deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and patching of servers and applications
  • Enterprise networking (Sockets, TCP/IP, UDP) and micro-segmentation

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 
  • Airline Industry leadership experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest technological advancements. 
  • Strategic planning abilities to align IT strategy with business goals
  • Aircraft Network Security Program (ANSP) experience
