From the biggest moments to the smallest details, we pride ourselves on being in the know and building relationships that matter, for brands that matter.
Our team is comprised of creatives, strategists, producers, designers, project managers, influencer managers, filmmakers, volunteers, activists, ballplayers, hypebeasts, social media moguls, runners, mixologists, party promoters, hip-hop elitists, show-bingers, hot-take havers, vintage t-shirt collectors, fitness fanatics, pet parents, plant parents, human parents, and general good time havers.
Clients include Hennessey, Nike, Jordan, Spotify, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Timberland, Oakley, Footlocker, Chime, Fanatics, Bleacher Report, Uninterrupted, and more.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Experiential Producer, you lead complex, high-visibility activations, overseeing production from concept through execution. You are both a creative problem-solver and operational expert, ensuring work delivers against client objectives while maintaining production excellence.
You also play a key role in developing team capability-mentoring producers and coordinators while driving consistency in process and execution.
The Senior Producer will oversee experiential production for a top-tier spirits brand involved in major music festivals and prominent cultural happenings across the sports and entertainment sectors. A background in the spirits industry and familiarity with the festival circuit are highly desirable for this role.
Employment Structure
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Production & Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end production across complex, multi-market, or large-scale activations.
  • Maintain oversight of projects from pitch through final delivery.
  • Establish and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment across teams and partners.
  • Supervise onsite execution, including partners, vendor teams and production staff.

Client & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead production-specific client communication with clarity and authority.
  • Partner with account, strategy, and creative to define production approach.
  • Articulate production vision, timelines, and execution plans to stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Manage budgets ranging from ~$250K to $2M+.
  • Develop production team staff plans.
  • Oversee estimates, vendor costs, and reconciliation.
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements across workflows and vendor processes.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and review work of producers and coordinators.
  • Drive consistency in templates, documentation, and best practices.
  • Support team development through coaching and feedback.

Innovation & Culture
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in event design and execution.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Advanced production leadership across large-scale experiential programs.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence clients and teams.
  • Skilled at balancing creative ambition with executional feasibility.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in experiential, live events, or brand activations
  • Significant experience working with spirits clients in the music festival circuit
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex productions.
  • Solid knowledge of permitting, ROS management, show calling, and talent handling.
  • Strong and consistent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

The monthly pay range for this position is $10,000 - 12,000. The full time salary range is $105,000 - 123,000 per year.
Please note that compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to local salary transparency laws.
Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
