Marketing Manager, Entertainment & Brand Marketing

Location: Burbank CA, Hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Duration: Approximately 3 months, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $51.05/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support a fast-paced entertainment marketing team during a temporary leave of absence. This role will lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across music, entertainment, and consumer-facing brands, while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, streaming, retail, and social platforms.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, has a strong understanding of entertainment or consumer brand marketing, and can manage multiple campaigns from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for entertainment and music related releases.
  • Manage creative asset development, including digital, social, and promotional materials.
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives across streaming, digital media, retail, and branded platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and priorities.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of campaign resources.
  • Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned business units and cross functional teams.
  • Support promotional planning, content development, and audience engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 4+ years of marketing, advertising, brand management, or entertainment marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and music streaming services.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting entertainment, media, music, television, film, or consumer brands.
  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced corporate marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with basic creative software such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
