As a Mental Health Counselor at Better Self Therapy, your role will encompass a variety of meaningful tasks:

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. • A current and valid license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle a caseload and associated administrative responsibilities.

• Background in specialized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness techniques.
• Demonstrated commitment to continued education and professional development in mental health practices.
