Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing electronic medical records efficiently to monitor and document patient progress toward therapeutic goals, ensuring all interventions align with the individualized social work plan.
  • Actively attending and positively participating in team meetings to discuss clinical progress, share insights, and brainstorm solutions for challenging cases.
  • Adhering to all applicable professional ethics codes and maintaining compliance with New Narrative policies, ensuring the highest standards of care for your clients.
  • Following directives from your supervisor while managing an organized schedule to maximize effectiveness across a high-volume caseload.
  • Maintaining current Oregon Driver's License and certifications in CPR and First Aid, confirming your preparedness for any emergencies that may arise.
  • Consistently demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills to balance your workload while pursuing professional development opportunities as mandated by licensing bodies.
  • Providing clients with essential information and assistance concerning their identified social and financial needs, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and responsive service model.
